Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned & refund
Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- If there is a technical issue with the product that cannot be resolved within 7 days.
- If you were charged incorrectly due to a processing error.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
